Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 whole Carrots – shredded
  • ½ tablespoon green cabbage – shredded
  • ½ tablespoon medium onion – sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger – grated
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Dash fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Over Medium High heat, brown ground pork until cooked through
  • Stir in ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant
  • Add in remaining produce and cook until wilted but not quite soft
  • Stir in sauce and cook until thickened (approximately 5 minutes)
  • Serve alone or over your favorite side
